Shadow Work Events

On the weekends there will be an opportunity for up to eight participants to do a piece of individual Shadow Work with others participating in their process. You will also have the opportunity to experience a series of exercises and processes designed to help you access the energy of the four major Archetypes used in Shadow Work:

  • The Magician enables you to gain new perspectives and consider alternative options
  • The Lover allows you to connect, feel, play, be spontaneous and express yourself freely
  • The Sovereign brings blessing, motivation, inspiration, and acceptance
  • The Warrior enables you to set boundaries, act decisively and achieve your goals
